Frequently asked questions
Is this for booth teams or whole-show labour?
Booth / exhibitor teams only. Organiser registration and floor ops need a separate labour model.
How is recommended staff calculated?
We take the higher of floor coverage (about one person per 10 m², minimum two) and traffic capacity from engaged visitors ÷ demos each person can run in a day.
What is peak hour staffing?
Your base recommendation scaled by the peak multiplier so lunch and late-morning rushes do not empty the stand.
Should every person demo?
No. Keep a greeter and a closer where you can — greeters qualify; closers protect conversion when demos queue.
