Frequently asked questions
Which modes are supported?
Road, van, rail, air and short-sea style sea. Each uses a different rate sketch — air is more £/kg oriented.
Is fuel included in estimated cost?
For road and van we show fuel separately and keep the headline cost as a laden rate sketch plus accessorials. Fuel alone is not a full haulage quote.
Can I override the rate?
Yes — set Rate override (£/km) to use your own contracted linehaul figure.
What about volumetric weight?
