How many pallet locations you need on hand for a typical SKU (depth). Fast movers often need more than slow movers.
Why is the area larger than rack footprint?
Aisles, staging, dock and manoeuvring space are modelled via the buffer percentage — often 40–50% for selective layouts.
Do beam levels auto-calculate?
Yes if you leave levels at 0 — we estimate from clear height (~1.6 m per level including clearance).
